3. Scheduling & Service Requests

• Services are scheduled based on availability.

• TrueCare reserves the right to accept or decline service requests.

• Service hours, frequency, and scope will be agreed upon prior to service start.

4. Independent Contractors

Caregivers and companions providing services may be independent contractors and not employees of TrueCare. TrueCare facilitates service coordination but does not control the manner or methods by which independent contractors perform their services.

5. Payments, Billing & Online Transactions

• Fees for services will be disclosed prior to service delivery.

• Payments may be collected via Wix Payments or other secure third-party payment processors integrated with the Site.

• Late or unpaid balances may result in service suspension.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review the Refund Policy for full details.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide a safe environment for service delivery

• Disclose any known risks or hazards in the home

• Treat caregivers with respect and dignity

• Notify TrueCare promptly of concerns or changes in care needs

8. Use of the Website (Wix Platform)

You agree not to:

• Use the website for unlawful purposes

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems

• Copy or misuse website content without permission

All Site content is owned by TrueCare Companion Services or licensed for use through Wix and may not be reproduced without written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. TrueCare does not guarantee specific outcomes or results.

10. Limitation of Liability
